Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times We ship to the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Furrygate.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@furrygate,com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
